D&G Driver Requirements

Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) in state of residence with required endorsements
Minimum age of 25
3 years OTR tractor/trailer experience
3 years experience in the transportation of refrigerated products
2 years experience delivering LTL Freight
No DOT recordable preventable accident in last 3 years
A good driving record with limited violations
No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years
No reckless/careless driving
No DWI, DUI
No motor vehicle felony
Must be able to pass a DOT Physical
DOT pre-employment drug test
DOT required background checks

D&G Equipment Requirements

Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Must be in excellent mechanical condition
Must have current DOT annual inspection
